Thanks to local community support, Crib Point Medical Centre has become instant success soon after it was opened its door. Over 4000 patients have attended the clinic within its first six month of operation. Clinic management is pleased to announce a pharmacy would open next to CRIB POINT MEDICAL CENTRE to provide convinience to its patients and CRIB POINT residents. Clinic management is also pleased to anmnounce that a DENTIST will join CRIB POINT MEDICAL CENTRE and start seeing Patients from early next year ( expected Feb, 2010) CRIB POINT MEDICAL CENTRE has been contracted by Defence to provide GP services to Defence personals during christmas break period upon presentation of ID cards. Clinic has been accrediatted by AGPAL and would come possibily the first clinic in Australia to acheive accreditation within first two months of opening. Clinic is also able to provide appointments to all its patients within 24 hours, which is a great result for its patients. Clinic is located near intersection of Stony Point Road and Disney Street at Crib Point behind Crib Point Shops. Crib Point Medical Centre is open from Monday to Friday between 8.30AM and 6PM and Saturday from 1PM to 5PM. New Medical Centre offers comprehensive integrated medical services, which could be referred by other medical practitioners in Peninsula region. The centre offers the services of a physiotherapist, dietician, podiatrist, audiologist, remedial massage therapist and three psychologists. The medical centre also has in-house pathology collection. Clinic doctors are supported by three practice nurses and offer a full range of general practice services.
A vast range of services are available at Medical Centre with a large focus on preventive health, obesity, skin checks, immunisation, travel medicine, (including vaccinations and medical travel advice) and women's health.
